Restrooms with a shataf on both floors
REPIC Clinic Gangnam is spread over two floors, B1 and 2F. The restrooms on both floors have a shataf (hand-held bidet sprayer), so you do not need to change floors to find one.
A quiet room for prayer, on request
The clinic does not have a dedicated prayer room. Instead, it has a separate reception room that it prepares for prayer when you ask.
- Ask for the room when you book.
- Tell the clinic your prayer times when booking so the room can be prepared for you.
- If your visit is long — for example a consultation followed by a treatment — mention which prayer times fall within it.
Arabic interpretation
- An Arabic interpreter can be arranged when you book at least one week before your visit.
- A separate booking fee may apply; the clinic tells you when you book.
- English, Chinese and Japanese interpreters are on site every day, so English is always an option — including for walk-ins.
- Less than a week to go? Contact the clinic anyway; it will check whether an interpreter is still available.
Family and group visits
- One group booking can include up to 20 people.
- For 6 or more, message the clinic by WhatsApp or call before booking; online slots have a per-time capacity.
